Who I am
I’m a creative professional with a B.A. in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University, where I specialized in Digital Video and Cinema. My work spans video production, graphic content creation, marketing, editing, and casting for both film and theater. But at its core, my work is about people and purpose.
I approach every creative process—whether it’s storytelling, casting, or design—through a holistic and intersectional lens. I’m always thinking about how each choice affects something else: how stories ripple beyond the screen or stage, how visuals shape perception, how casting influences who feels represented, and how all of it connects us. For me, creativity isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about building something meaningful that speaks to and for others.
In casting, I advocate fiercely for talent, not just to fill roles, but to ensure people are truly seen and heard. I fight for kindness both in and outside of the room. Behind the scenes, I work to make creative environments more inclusive, more collaborative, and more just—because storytelling doesn’t exist in a vacuum, and neither do we.
I believe stories have the power to shift perspectives and spark real change in our communities. I’m drawn to work that challenges, reflects, and uplifts. Whether I’m shaping a narrative through visuals, supporting a team, or casting a project with intention, I bring both technical expertise and a deep care for people into every step of the process.
Storytelling, to me, is activism. And I’m here to create work that resonates, empowers, and endures.
